This Privacy Policy explains how Nature Select Inc. (“Nature Select,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use Elys, including our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Transaction information, if you make a purchase, such as product, amount, time, status, and transaction identifiers. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider rather than entered directly into Elys.
  • Information you provide to support, including communications and files you choose to send when requesting help or reporting a problem.
  • Information from other users or partners where permitted, such as when another user interacts with you, reports content, or shares content with you.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • create and manage accounts and provide requested features;
  • generate, personalize, and manage avatars, memories, recommendations, content, and interactions according to your settings;
  • process transactions and maintain transaction records;
  • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Services;
  • protect users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and secure the Services;

You may submit a request through available product controls or by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may use an authorized agent where applicable.

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Users who are under the age of legal majority where they live should use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Nature Select and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use measures designed to provide appropriate protection for transferred personal information.
